张远,博士,教授,博士生导师。研究领域智能感知和医学人工智能,目前主要研究方向包括:睡眠健康感知与计算、基础生理指标监测,在利用人工智能针对生物电信号(脑电、心电、肌电、脉搏波、PPG信号等)和医学影像(fMRI、CT等)辅助诊疗、康养方面具有多项创新成果主持纵向科研项目国家级7项(NSFC面上3国合交流3、科技部1)、省部级8项,目前主持在研国家级2项(NSFC面上1国合交流1)、省部级2项。

具有广泛深入的国内外交流合作,中国工程院咨询专家,中国人工智能学会智慧医疗专委会副主任委员

IEEE/ACM/中国人工智能学会/中国生物医学工程学会高级会员,2027 IEEE Fellow提名候选人,2024科技部“中国-新西兰科学家交流计划”入选人, 2022中国生物医学工程大会主动睡眠健康分会场主席(首届)

香山科学会议“面向睡眠健康的智能感知与计算”发起人和执行主席,6次参加和主持香山科学会议

国家重点研发计划/NSFC等函评、会评专家,多个国家级科研计划指南编制专家。

IEEE JBHI/TAFFC/IoT (Elsevier)等期刊编辑,曾任IEEE RBME/OJEMB期刊编辑。主持过7个SCI期刊的专刊(IEEE IoTJ/IEEE JBHI等)。

具备强烈的科研探索精神、开拓创新能力和热爱学生培养学生的情怀,具有非常丰富的国内外学术、医疗合作资源。作为导师指导了5个国家的40+名硕士生和10名博士生,已毕业研究生中9人获得全额奖学金先后赴加拿大、澳大利亚、英国和新西兰攻读博士学位,9人在国内双一流高校(清华、上交、复旦3、东南、天大、山大2)攻读博士学位。西南大学的实验室首届学生2023年夏季毕业,历届毕业生先后在国内外高校、企业、事业单位工作或深造,使导师深感欣慰与光荣(图1-4)。
