雷衍，西南大学电子信息工程学院副教授。2021年6月毕业于华中科技大学控制科学与工程专业，获工学博士学位，曾在韩国岭南大学、法国洛林大学、香港科技大学做访问学者，主要从事网联系统协同分析、智能控制及其应用研究。在Automatica、IEEE/CAA J. Autom. Sin.、IEEE TAC、IEEE TCYB、IEEE TSMCS 等国际著名期刊发表论文 40余篇，入选ESI高被引论文1篇；近年来主持国家自然科学基金项目、重庆市面上项目，教育部重点实验室开放课题、教育部工程中心开放课题等多项相关研究课题；担任 Automatica、IEEE TAC、IEEE TCYB、IEEE TSMCS、IEEE TASE、SCIENCE CHINA Information Sciences等多个国内外权威期刊的审稿人。
