李华青,男,汉族,1987年生,重庆巴南人,中共党员,博士,教授,博士生导师,现任西南大学研究生院副院长,国家级青年人才,重庆市杰出青年基金获得者,重庆市高层次人才特殊支持计划—青年拔尖人才,重庆市学术技术带头人,英国工程技术学会会士(IET Fellow),入选西南大学十佳青年。主要从事人工智能(智能控制、强化学习、优化与博弈等)及应用,毫米波理论及应用等方面的研究工作。近年来发表论文100余篇,其中IEEE Transactions论文70余篇。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,重庆市杰出青年基金1项,以及其他省部级项目和横向项目20余项。授权国家发明专利11项。荣获2023重庆市科协岗位创新争先行动一等奖、2022年重庆市自然科学二等奖、2021年中国自动化学会自然科学二等奖、2017年重庆市自然科学一等奖、2017年中国指挥与控制学会科学技术奖-创新奖二等奖等科研奖励。担任国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家,教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心学位论文通讯评审专家,中国自动化学会专家,以及30余个国际期刊和20余个国际学术会议的审稿人。连续多年入选爱思唯尔中国高被引学者,全球前2%顶尖科学家年度、生涯影响力榜单,全球顶尖前10万名科学家等学术荣誉。
