李华青，男，汉族，1987年生，重庆巴南人，中共党员，博士，教授，博士生导师，现任西南大学研究生院副院长，国家级青年人才，重庆市杰出青年基金获得者，重庆市高层次人才特殊支持计划—青年拔尖人才，重庆市学术技术带头人，英国工程技术学会会士（IET Fellow），入选西南大学十佳青年。主要从事人工智能（智能控制、强化学习、优化与博弈等）及应用，毫米波理论及应用等方面的研究工作。近年来发表论文100余篇，其中IEEE Transactions论文70余篇。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金项目3项，重庆市杰出青年基金1项，以及其他省部级项目和横向项目20余项。授权国家发明专利11项。荣获2023重庆市科协岗位创新争先行动一等奖、2022年重庆市自然科学二等奖、2021年中国自动化学会自然科学二等奖、2017年重庆市自然科学一等奖、2017年中国指挥与控制学会科学技术奖-创新奖二等奖等科研奖励。担任国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家，教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心学位论文通讯评审专家，中国自动化学会专家，以及30余个国际期刊和20余个国际学术会议的审稿人。连续多年入选爱思唯尔中国高被引学者，全球前2%顶尖科学家年度、生涯影响力榜单，全球顶尖前10万名科学家等学术荣誉。
