叶逸琛，中共党员，西南大学电子信息工程学院讲师。2020年毕业于西南大学计算智能与信息处理专业，获博士学位。曾以访问学者身份于香港理工大学进行研究工作。主要从事光计算、微纳光子器件等方面的研究。以第一作者/通信作者身份在《IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Quantum Electronics》、《Optics & Laser Technology》、《IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology》、《IEEE Photonics Technology Letters》等国际期刊录用发表学术论文10余篇。近年来，主持/参与国家级科研项目5项、省部级科研项目2项、校级科研项目1项；兼职Optical and Quantum Electronics、Optical Fiber Technology、Photonics等多个国际刊物的审稿人。
